Services Offered

Lumety Studio provides mobile app strategy, product and UX design, native and cross-platform engineering, launch preparation, analytics setup, and post-launch growth support for startups and established brands.

Typical engagements include MVP delivery, full mobile product builds, app redesigns, technical audits, and longer-term product support. Final scope, timeline, fees, and deliverables are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement.

Use of This Website

Content is provided for informational purposes. Nothing on this site creates a binding service agreement until both parties execute written terms.

Service Engagements

Project scope, timelines, fees, and deliverables are defined in separate signed agreements. Those signed agreements control when conflicts exist.

Pricing shown on this website is indicative starting pricing only and does not guarantee a fixed quote. A custom proposal is provided before paid work begins.

Payments

Client work generally starts only after written approval of the proposal and payment of any agreed initial invoice or deposit. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, invoices are due according to the payment schedule shown in the proposal.

Refund and Dispute Policy

Because Lumety Studio provides custom digital services and allocates delivery time, strategy, and engineering resources to each engagement, fees for work already performed are non-refundable.

If a project is canceled after work has started, amounts already paid for completed discovery, design, development, project management, or other delivered milestones are not refundable. If payment was made for work not yet started, any refund or credit is determined in good faith based on the portion of the engagement not yet performed, unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

Clients who wish to raise a billing or service dispute should contact hello@lumetystudio.com. We will review the issue, request any relevant project records, and work toward a resolution before any formal chargeback or external dispute process.

Cancellation Policy

A client may cancel a project before kickoff by written notice. If cancellation happens before any substantive work begins, unpaid future fees are canceled and any prepaid amount for work not yet started may be refunded minus any non-recoverable administrative or third-party costs already incurred for the project.

If a client cancels after kickoff, the client remains responsible for all work completed, time reserved, and approved expenses incurred through the effective cancellation date. Access handoff or transfer of partially completed materials is provided after outstanding invoices related to that work are paid.

Scheduling Provider

Appointment booking is provided by a third-party scheduling platform. By booking through that platform, you also accept the provider's terms and privacy policies.

Promotions

Lumety Studio does not run standing promotions or discounted public offers at this time. If we offer a promotion in the future, any eligibility requirements, time limits, scope, and exclusions will be stated in writing with that specific offer.

Intellectual Property

All site content remains the property of Lumety Studio LLC unless otherwise stated. Reuse requires prior written permission.
